Terms of Service

1. What DominateFPL is

DominateFPL is a planning tool for Fantasy Premier League. It shows expected points for players and gameweeks, lets you plan transfers ahead, and suggests when to play your chips. It does not make changes to your actual FPL team — you always enter your own moves on the official site.

2. Not affiliated with the Premier League

DominateFPL is an independent, unofficial service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League or any football club. All trademarks, club names and player names belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the game. Player and fixture data comes from the publicly available Fantasy Premier League API.

3. Predictions are estimates, not promises

Expected points are the output of a statistical model. Football is uncertain: players get injured, rotated, sent off, or simply have a bad day. A high expected score is not a guarantee of anything, and following our suggestions may leave you worse off than your own judgement would have.

Nothing on DominateFPL is betting, gambling or investment advice. You are responsible for your own team decisions.

4. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• One account per person. Keep access to your email secure, since that is how you sign in.
• You may enter your own FPL ID. Do not enter someone else’s, and do not upload a profile picture you do not have the rights to, or one that is offensive.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

5. Price

DominateFPL is free to use. There is no paid tier, no trial that turns into a subscription, and we do not ask for card details anywhere on the site.

We may introduce a paid tier in a future season. If we do, we will say so clearly and well in advance, and nothing you can use for free today will start costing money without notice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-download our predictions, or access the service by automated means beyond ordinary browsing;
• republish, resell or redistribute our expected points or model output as your own;
• share your account credentials so that others use it as their own;
• attempt to bypass access controls, or disrupt the service for others.

The model, the code and the site design are our intellectual property. Your own squad and plans remain yours.

7. Availability

We aim to keep DominateFPL running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Parts of it depend on the Fantasy Premier League API, which is outside our control and can change or go down without warning. We may add, change or remove features. Because the service is free, we cannot guarantee that any particular feature stays available.

8. Liability

To the extent Norwegian law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost mini-league positions, prizes or winnings. Our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence, intent, or anything that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, usually after warning you first unless the breach is serious. You may close your own account at any time from the settings page.

10. Changes to these terms

We will notify you by email before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new terms; if you do not, you can cancel and close your account.

11. Governing law

Norwegian law applies. Disputes go before the Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court as legal venue. As a consumer you keep the right to bring a case in your own country of residence, and you may bring a complaint to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) instead of going to court.
